FAQs
1. What does Research Use Only (RUO) mean?
RUO indicates the material is intended solely for scientific investigation in controlled laboratory settings, such as cell culture studies, animal models, or biochemical assays.
2. What are your shipping and handling practices?
Orders are shipped with cold-chain considerations where necessary, discreet packaging, and full tracking. Free shipping on orders over $200 (US domestic).
3. Are your peptides for human use?
At Ever clear Peptides, we are dedicated to advancing scientific discovery through high-quality research peptides. Our products are developed for laboratory research purposes only, supporting innovations in life sciences, drug discovery, and biotechnology.
4. How should lyophilized peptides be stored before use?
Unopened, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place, typically refrigerated or frozen depending on the specific compound, and protected from light and moisture.
5. Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested. COAs are included with orders and available for download on the product pages or our dedicated COA page.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Venmo and Zelle
7. What is the difference between RP-HPLC and LC-MS testing?
RP-HPLC measures purity by separating the target peptide from impurities and reporting the result as a percentage. LC-MS measures identity by confirming the molecular weight of the compound.
8. Do you offer bulk pricing or custom orders?
Yes — contact us for research institutions or larger volume inquiries.
9. What does 99% purity actually mean for a research peptide?
It means that, under the conditions of that specific test, 99% of the detected material matched the target peptide, with the remaining 1% made up of other compounds from synthesis.
10. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Please contact us with any quality concerns supported by your own lab verification.
