These terms govern use of everclearpeptides.com and purchases from Everclear Peptides. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Research Use Only notice, Shipping and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Eligibility and research use

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. Products are sold solely for lawful laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption or administration, medical or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, or use in clinical care. Product descriptions and certificates of analysis are research information, not medical advice or directions for personal use. We do not provide dosing or administration advice.

By ordering, you represent that you are authorized to purchase and handle the materials, will use them only for lawful research under appropriate safety procedures, and will comply with all laws and institutional requirements that apply to your purchase, storage, handling, and use. Do not purchase for another person who does not meet these conditions. We may decline or cancel an order when we reasonably believe it is unlawful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these research-use restrictions, and will address any payment already collected as required by law.

Products, documentation, and availability

Review the product name, size, specifications, and any available batch documentation before ordering. Product information is provided for research evaluation; your laboratory is responsible for determining whether a material is suitable for its protocol. Product images illustrate the item and may not show the exact lot shipped. Availability, packaging, and catalog information may change. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill an accepted order as described.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Any applicable tax and shipping charge is shown before you submit the order. A submitted order is a request to purchase; an automated acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may correct an obvious price or listing error before fulfillment and will contact you about the correction so you can proceed or receive a refund of any payment collected for the affected item.

Use only a payment method that you are authorized to use. The payment options actually available will be displayed at checkout. Contact info@everclearpeptides.com promptly if you need to correct an order. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible. Refunds and remedies for shipment problems are described in the Shipping and Returns Policy; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses accepted at checkout and provide tracking when an order is dispatched. Shipping charges, the U.S. domestic free-shipping offer for eligible orders over $200, delivery problems, and claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Accounts, reviews, and website use

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and notify us about suspected unauthorized use. Do not interfere with the website, submit false order information, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content. Product reviews should reflect genuine experience with the research material and must not give advice for human or animal use. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Website text, branding, images, and other materials belong to Everclear Peptides or their respective owners and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. You may view the site and retain copies of order information for your own lawful records.

Site information and responsibility

We aim to keep site content accurate and the website available, but may correct errors, update content, or temporarily interrupt access. Research results can vary by protocol, material, and batch; no website statement guarantees a particular experimental outcome.
